2nd edition
The Ladies Friendship Circle is currently working to publish the 2nd edition of the Lord of Love Lutheran cookbook. They are still collecting recipes. Please pick-up recipe forms at the back of church to submit your own family favorites. You can also download the form on our home page to print. Each recipe submitted must be returned on the recipe form.
We still need more recipes, so start thinking of your favorites!

The Lord of Love Ladies Friendship Circle is a branch of the Wisconsin Synod's Lutheran Women's Missionary Society (LWMS), a national organization that supports the spread of the gospel through missions around the world.
Our Friendship Circle helps to support LWMS and its mission projects with financial donations in the Spring and Fall of each year. In addition to supporting the Synod's mission work, we organize fellowship gatherings, serve at funerals, and help out wherever we can within the church.
We hold a monthly meeting on the third Thursday of the month, September through May of each year, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meetings begin with a devotional reading, followed by a short meeting to take care of any business we might need to discuss. Sometimes we have guest speakers or planned learning activities, such as scrapbooking, making greeting cards, glass etching, to name a few. It's become a tradition for our group to send out care packages each December to our college students to provide them with a few munchies and fun items to get them through semester finals, and to our shut-ins to put a smile on their faces and let them know others are thinking of them.
One of the most inviting aspects of our Ladies Friendship Circle is the fellowship we share with each other as we grow together in faith. All women of the congregation are invited. Come join us!
